Writing an application letter
I decided to drop by the HR office this morning and was told by one of the HR officers that I should apply for a promotion considering my years of service in my company. I was very excited and rushed myself off to the office so I can begin on my application. As I begin to type, I was at a lost for words on how to start my letter. So, I browsed through the internet in a hope that I could come up with a very good cover letter. I'm still searching now..what to do, what to do...

That movie "Cars"
My son is a huge fan of "Lightning Mcqueen" of that animated Disney movie "Cars". He had first watched it since he was 1. Now that he'll be turning 4, still his love for that movie never ceases. We tried in the simplest way that we can to relay to my son the very lesson of the story. Truth is, even we, the parents fell for that movie - that even as we stroll along mall shops, when we see "Lightning Mcqueen", "The King", or even "Mac, the trailer", we immediately have the urge to buy it. From shirts, bags, stuff toy, pillows to even stickers of different "Cars" character. "That's how huge a fan the parents are," as my sis had said. Well, I must admit 'cause I even had it as the theme for my son's 2nd & 3rd birthday. Well, this must be contagious...for even my mom gets too excited when she sees one of that kind. She would not even mind how much it would cost! Haha!
And so, I have heard that there will a Part 2 of that movie. And we're hoping my son could get to watch it on the big screen. He didn't understand what that "big screen" means 'cause it's going to be his first time, if ever. I can now see how excited he'll be. Well, we all are!
For now, he just content himself by watching it over and over and over again, when he's not playing it's games online. He'll grow fast, I know, but will ever outgrow his love for that movie?
